Sales Executive(Security Company)

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within Nairobi and its environs.
  • Drive aggressive and targeted sales initiatives to increase the number of guarding clients and deployed guards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and trends within the security industry.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and performance reports to management.
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy, aiming to elevate the business to new levels of performance and profitability.
  • Maintain a strong, active pipeline of potential clients.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Forensic and Criminal Investigations, Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.
  • Must have experience working in the private security sector, preferably with a Tier 2 security guarding company.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or client acquisition specifically within the security industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Vibrant, confident, and highly self-motivated with the proven ability to perform effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to consistently deliver measurable results in a fast- paced and competitive environment.
