Our client, a reputable Construction company, is actively seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join their team. With a focus on expanding their business and market presence. Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling a company’s products or services to potential and existing customers. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets to support organizational growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction sector, including contractors, developers, and architects.
  • Promote and demonstrate company products or services such as building materials, construction solutions, or machinery.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals effectively.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct site visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and construction project developments.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
