What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute strategic sales and growth initiatives across East Africa.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Drive market research, customer acquisition, and CRM adoption.
• Oversee pricing strategies, performance reporting, and customer satisfaction frameworks.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing commercial team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in senior commercial roles (Sales Manager, BD Manager, Key Account Manager).
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Deep understanding of logistics in East Africa (sea, air, road freight, import/export).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing (MBA preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, English & Kiswahili (additional language is a plus).
