Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field
- Advanced diploma/certification preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in industrial or FMCG security management, including multi-site operations
- Prior background in armed forces or police is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in access control systems, CCTV, fire safety, and emergency procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical decision-making skills.
- Integrity, discretion, and sound judgment under pressure.
- Knowledge of local laws, regulatory frameworks, and modern security technologies.
- Based at the main manufacturing site with regular travel to plants and warehouses Available 24/7 for emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement security and loss prevention strategies, policies, and standards aligned with company goals. Promote a culture of vigilance and accountability.
- Physical Security Management: Oversee security for plants, warehouses, and offices. Manage guards, ensure CCTV and access systems work effectively, and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
- Loss Prevention & Risk Control: Identify and reduce risks of theft, pilferage, and stock loss through audits, surprise checks, and corrective measures.
- Investigation & Incident Management: Lead investigations on theft, fraud, or misconduct and ensure proper reporting and follow-up with relevant authorities.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with security and safety regulations. Conduct staff training on safety, crisis response, and emergency procedures.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, guide, and assess performance of security teams and contractors. Drive improvements through technology and best practices.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor reduction in losses, response times, compliance scores, asset protection, and cost efficiency of operations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-7 years’ FMCG sales experience, ideally in diapers or baby-care products.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive FMCG markets.
- Skilled in distribution management, territory planning, and use of sales automation tools.
- Strong negotiation, communication, execution, and relationship-management skills.
- Analytical, result-oriented, self-driven, and a team player.
- Below 40 years of age.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the diaper category within the territory.
- Identify and develop new customers, channels, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure product availability, in-store visibility, and correct merchandising at retail outlets.
- Execute trade promotions, consumer offers, and in-store activations to drive off-take.
- Use sales automation to plan routes, track sales performance, monitor inventory, and report activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Prepare timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports via the sales automation system.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer feedback to support marketing and product improvements.
