Human Resource Management & Administration Trainee
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Benchmarking and formulating position requirements.
- Ensuring vacant positions get maximum exposure to potential candidates.
- Lead in the shortlisting, interviewing, recruiting, and orienting employees.
- Manage employee contracts and ensure compliance.
- Seeing to statutory deductions from the payroll and remittance to the relevant government bodies.
- Researching, formulating, and implementing HR policies.
- Will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing company polices.
- Manage employee incentive programs and monitor payroll.
- Following up on employee work performance.
- All other assigned Human Resource-related responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- At least a mean grade of B (plain) in KCSE/High School.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
- Human Resource Management Training experience.
- Must be proficient with PCs and Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Must be an advanced computer and internet user.

- Must be exceptionally self-disciplined and have a powerful work ethic.
- Proficiency in oral and written English.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
