Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the company’s overall operations and strategic growth. The successful candidate will lead seven key departments — Finance & Operations, Human Resources, Factory, Analytics, Production, Marketing, and Sales — ensuring smooth coordination, high performance, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership across all departments.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Manage departmental heads and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead business planning, budgeting, and performance tracking processes.
- Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth.
- Foster a positive, high-performing work culture that supports innovation and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal regulations.
- Report regularly to the CEO and Board on company performance and key metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong background in operations, finance, production, and marketing management.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
