Field Sales Executives – Animal Feeds
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and acquire new clients within the animal feeds and milling industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, monitor competitor activities, and gather market intelligence.
- Promote and sell animal feed products to millers while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations to promote the brand.
- Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling Animal Feeds to millers.
- Candidates with experience in the FMCG industry selling Maize, Soya, or Oil will also be considered.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across the country.
- Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
