Business Development Executive
The ideal candidate will lead our business development initiatives across Europe, focusing on building partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and strengthening relationships with organizations aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential partners and clients across Schengen countries.
- Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to the European market.
- Support proposal development, partnership management, and client engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Netherlands-based team to expand organizational presence and visibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Business Development within Schengen countries
- Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
- Background in working with companies or organizations in the SDG/impact space
- Experience in an agency setting (communications, marketing, or development-focused preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
- Self-driven and able to work remotely across diverse teams
