Requirements
- Preferred Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or TESOL/ELL.
- Teacher certification from an accredited university/college.
- Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in early intervention, early childhood LS, or ELL.
- Knowledge of early childhood development, play-based and inquiry-driven learning, and inclusive practices.
- Experience applying the MTSS framework for planning, intervention, and monitoring.
- Cultural proficiency and prior experience in a multicultural school setting.
- Competence in using educational technology, including Google Suite and child-centered tools.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of pedagogy and approaches, including:
- Understanding by Design
- Social Emotional Learning
- Language acquisition and literacy development
- Student-centered and strengths-based practice
