Market Developer
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with distributors, vendors, and retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and SLAs.
- Oversee the end-to-end order management process — verification, processing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Monitor depot and retail operations including stock levels, inventory accuracy, and service standards.
- Collaborate with distributors and sales teams to improve supply chain efficiency and address operational challenges.
- Track competitors’ activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports and insights on distributor performance, order fulfillment, and market dynamics.
- Support execution of marketing plans, promotions, and merchandising standards.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.

- Accurate and timely distributor orders and fulfillment.
- Strong distributor and vendor relationships.
- Consistent product availability across outlets.

Qualifications & Experience
- O-levels and above (Certificate/Diploma preferred).
