QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Accounting, Hospitality, Business Management or related field.
  • 2+ years’ hotel experience in cost control or accounting.
  • Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Proficient in hotel software and cost analysis.
  • Excellent communication,
  • teamwork, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Eldoret.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have an experience as a Sous Chef in a busy hotel
  • Must have been a head chef for a minimum of 2yrs.
  • Have strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety
  • regulations and cost controls
  • Willingness to relocate to Eldoret.
  • Knowledge of menu engineering.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
