Role Overview
As an HR Consultancy Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients, leading consultancy projects that focus on salary surveys, compensation benchmarking, and training program development and delivery. This is a client-facing leadership role ideal for a seasoned HR professional with strong consultancy experience and a passion for people and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end salary and compensation surveys, including benchmarking, data analysis, and reporting.
- Design and deliver training and development programs tailored to client needs, from leadership development to employee engagement and performance management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted HR advisor across multiple sectors.
- Lead HR consultancy projects including HR audits, policy development, and organizational restructuring.
- Conduct job evaluations and build pay structures in line with market trends and internal equity.
- Oversee project teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and participation in pitch meetings.
- Stay abreast of labor market trends, HR best practices, and legal changes affecting HR operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) strongly preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in handling mass/high-volume recruitment projects in diverse industries.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing recruitment strategies within set timelines.
- Strong grasp of Kenyan labor laws, recruitment compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent networking, sourcing, and headhunting skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, HRIS, and digital platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
