Program: TEFLAP – Teaching English as a Foreign Language and Additional Languages
- Location: Tangaza University, Nairobi
- Start Date: Immediate
Teaching Schedule
- English: Monday to Friday, morning hours (in-person or blended)
- Chinese: Two days per week, 2 hours per session (in-person or blended)
- German: Two days per week, 2 hours per session (in-person or blended)
Key Responsibilities
- Teach all language competencies: reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Develop and administer exams and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
- Engage with students effectively to support their language-learning journey.
- Use digital technology tools for blended and in-person teaching.
- Participate in marketing efforts to increase student enrollment for the language programs.
- Promote intercultural competence and understanding among students through language instruction.
Requirements
- Proficiency in teaching the assigned language (English, Chinese, or German).
- Experience in lesson planning and assessment design.
- Comfortable using digital learning platforms and technology tools.
- Strong communication skills and reliability.
