Job Summary:
- Their role will be providing technical assistance, training business skills, and access to resources for entrepreneurs and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises under BlueBiz Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and register program beneficiaries.
- Deliver training sessions.
- Provide linkages to financial institutions and suppliers.
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Maintain the program work plan
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business-related courses.
- 2+ years of experience consulting/working with micro Enterprises
- Knowledge of retail industry trends.
- Experience with digital training and delivery.-
- Strong report writing and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
- The position periodically requires the job holder to sometimes work long and odd hours when necessary to meet deadlines or respond to specific situations.
- The job is conducted in an office environment with regular field visits to affiliate organizations and target communities.
- The work presents limited exposure to job related hazards.
- Regular travels in sometimes difficult circumstances may be necessary.

Job Summary:
- The Access to Market Lead will strategize and facilitate connections between youth- led businesses and potential market players in both the business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to- business (B2B) sectors. This role will focus on ensuring youth entrepreneurs are well-positioned to access sustainable markets for their products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gaps in the market for youth-led businesses.
- Build and maintain relationships with key market players including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
- Provide training and mentorship to youth entrepreneurs on market access strategies, pricing, branding, and product positioning.
- Develop and test pilot market entry projects and scaling strategies.
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing data-driven insights to improve market engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or International Trade.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in market development or business development.
- Proven experience in connecting businesses with sustainable market opportunities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with challenges faced by youth-led businesse
