Role
- The Account Associate Executive (AAE) is responsible for managing information flow between client and the agency internal team. In this role, the AAE will be responsible for developing briefs and discussing client projects with key teams in client service and creative team.
- The role will also entail review of all Integrated Marketing Communication Practice (Advertising, PR, Digital, Media, Experiential) of clients, their competition as well as monitoring their traditional and social media monitoring and engagement, coordinating social media content briefs, contributing to plans and strategies, and providing support to the team on various projects. The role is for a self-driven, strategic -thinker, energetic, creative, curious person.
- This role requires you to be an enthusiastic & passionate individual.
SKILLS + COMPETENCIES
- 2-5 years of full-time experience in Public Relations experience in an agency or any other busy organisation with growing expertise in client service and account management.
- Good written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, creative and fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with others and independently as neededAbility to cope with pressure and work with tight deadlines.Positive attitude with a proactive approachUndergraduate degree in Public Relations & Communications, or Marketing
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiates and maintain communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Consult with client on creative briefs requirements and drafts briefs to the internal teams (Public Relations, Creative, Media, Digital)
- Develop monthly integrated plans and calendar for client’s engagement and reportsMonitoring brief output and progress and keeping in contact with clients and internal teams
- Develop weekly contact, status and competitor review reports.Is able to pitch for business content on both online and offline media.
- Interfaces with client team contacts and internal teamsIdentifies and proposes ways to advance team, client, and company goals
- Provides sound judgment and problem-solving skills as client issues ariseProactively seeks and sharing relevant information with colleagues and clientsProactively assists team members as needed
