Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Drive showroom sales by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Curate and maintain an appealing showroom environment that reflects the company’s brand, concepts, and themes.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, live events, and activities in collaboration with different departments.
  • Monitor and analyze customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion into showroom visits and sales.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the showroom team to meet and exceed set targets.
  • Provide practical recommendations to management on showroom strategy, positioning, and improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Showroom Manager or in a senior sales management role, preferably within the commercial kitchen equipment, steel fabrication, home appliances, or related industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding showroom or retail sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage and inspire a team, while ensuring excellent customer service standards.
  • Creative, resourceful, and with a keen eye for showroom layout, displays, and sales strategy.
