Qualifications & Requirements
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, from a recognized institution;
- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K)/ Higher Diploma/Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Valid membership certificate of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM); Certificate in computer applications; and
- Working experience of seven (7) years in a hospital set up relevant field.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ensure monthly collection targets are met to support operational and investment cash flow stability
- Oversee effective billing and accurate revenue capture processes
- Manage all accounts receivable and maintain strong customer relations
- Reconcile accounts and issue timely statements and client letters per hospital policy
- Address and resolve billing disputes with patients and insurers
- Negotiate payments and ensure adherence to agreed terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Finance, Accounting) or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K), ACCA. or Certified Credit Professional (CCP)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including at least 2 years in a Credit Control role
- Previous experience in a busy hospital setting is highly preferred.
- Registered member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
