The Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to provide immediate support to our People team, with particular focus on recruitment and HR administration. This role offers hands-on experience in critical HR functions during a period of transition. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and passionate about supporting people-related processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support (50%)
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to offer preparation.
- Screen CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently, ensuring all logistics are handled.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support hiring managers with interview preparation and candidate communications.
- Draft offer letters and employment contracts using established templates.
- Conduct basic candidate sourcing activities on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Help monitor recruitment metrics and prepare status reports.
- HR Administration (30%)
- Prepare and process HR documentation including employment contracts and letters.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital personnel files and records.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing welcome packages and orientation materials.
- Assist with benefits administration and leave tracking.
- Support with basic payroll administration tasks and verification procedures.
- Support the processing of employee changes (promotions, transfers, exits).
- Ensure all HR documentation is compliant with relevant regulations.
- Employee Support (15%)
- Draft internal announcements and communications related to HR matters.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
- Assist with organizing team meetings and company events.
- Special Projects (5%)
- Support ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
- Help compile and analyze basic HR data for reporting purposes.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word) and Google Workspace.
- Quick learner with ability to follow processes accurately.
- Professional demeanor with strong sense of confidentiality.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in an office environment is a plus
