REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate from a recognized culinary college
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a reputable hotel or similar institution
• Proven track record in highly regarded hotels/restaurants
• Strong leadership and menu innovation skills
• Must submit Cv, covering letter, recommendation letters and professional testimonials
