Requirements for appointment:-

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, Journalism or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution
• Ability to produce visual and promotional materials (e.g. banners, posters, brochures, branded merchandise)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Assist in designing and producing branded materials for county events, programs, and campaigns
• Implement City branding guidelines in visual content and communication products
• Support the development and maintenance of the City’s visual identity and image
• Prepare layouts and artwork for use in promotional and educational materials
• Collaborate with communication, marketing, and event teams to ensure consistent branding
• Assist in managing county signage, display materials, and branded merchandise
• Ensure proper application of county logos and slogans across platforms
• Maintain an archive of branding materials and templates
• Participate in organizing and setting up branded materials during official functions
