- Demonstrated leadership in managing marketing teams
- Deep expertise in social media trends, strategy, and engagement
- Proficiency in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, and campaign management
- Strong creative vision, storytelling and brand-building skills
- Passionate, innovative, and travel-enthusiastic mindset
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute a data-led multi-channel marketing strategy
- Grow and manage brand identity across digital touchpoints
- Oversee social media strategy, influence, and audience engagement
- Manage performance marketing: Paid Ads (Google, Meta), SEO, email, affiliates
- Lead CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Define and monitor KPIs to adapt and improve campaigns
- Inspire and mentor the marketing team with clear strategies and support
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales for aligned messaging
