Branch Administrator
- Oversee SR VM branch operations including daily job allocations, staff performance, and workflow management.
- Greet every customer and all staff should explain Sai Raj, the branch and our existence in the Kenya market. Understand all our products and upsell more than what is on display branch (cargotuff bodies, roller lids, refrigerated trucks, safarituff conversions).
- Ensure all queries are dealt with to the highest standards.
- Any lost query should be informed to senior management in real time and you need to give a solution as to why we shouldn’t lose it and how we can change to ensure we don’t lose it.
- If there is a product being asked for ensure you order and stock it. You. You need to be a self starter and go getter.
- Other than the retail side you need to sell to Garages, UN institutions and other corporates around the area. This will ensure you have flow or work all the time and when the branch is slow on a week day.
- Attend to customer walk-ins and ensure all concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to handle post-sale jobs, quotations, and approvals.
- The branch is an experience rather than a shop.
- You need to ensure the customer feels the experience rather than a hard sale.
- It is a retail shop and it is your duty to ensure it is fully stocked, all new items are well displayed, the shop is kept neat, tidy, well labelled and always inviting the customers.
- Get customer reviews on google and improve the branch reviews.
- Explain to clients about the fitment centre in the basement and ensure they feel comfortable in dropping the car. Follow-up on the work done and coordinate all the experience to the end with your staff.
- Ensure all work is done to the best quality and standards and a QC sheet is filled in for each and every fitment job done.
- All work must be billed before release. No credit or higher levels of discount can be given unless approved by the Directors or FC.
- Monitoring any Laxity of staff is key to ensure the branch prospers.
- Come up with ideas every week for the marketing team to ensure we are pushing the branch to greater heights.
- Supervise works conducted at the branch and at customer sites, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Ensuring periodic stock takes are done and accuracy maintained, and incase of any discrepancies its addressed and brought to the attention of the senior management.
- Monitor and report daily jobs executed through proper planning against the standard timings for the different accessories being fitted.
- Sending attendance records/details to the HR.
- Provide leadership to branch staff, ensure accountability, and foster a productive work environment.
- Coordinate with HQ and other departments for training, feedback, and resource allocation.
- Bi-weekly tools inspection and machinery inspection and filing monthly maintenance file for all the facilities, fixtures and fittings, Equipments including all vehicles allocated to the branch.
- Responsible for opening/closing branch and managing the keys.
- Perform any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the Head Office or senior management.
- Receive all forms of stock and countersign to know what is in your inventory at any time. Stack it correctly.
- Liaise with Village market Management on issues pertaining to the branch.
- Understand the Village market marketing team, the rewards program and methods of work.
