Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns with a content-first approach.
- Write, edit, and manage high-quality content (blogs, web copy, social posts, case studies, newsletters) that clearly communicates ISM Africa’s value propositions.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to translate technical insights into engaging content.
- Manage and grow ISM Africa’s presence on social media and digital channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy.
- Track marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., designers, photographers, content creators) when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in content writing, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and technically sound content.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Solid analytical skills with experience interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CMS systems.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Understanding of the construction or infrastructure sector is highly desirable.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
