Job Description
- To deliver high-quality instruction in critical subject areas, support students in developing 21st century skills, and build a positive and joyful school culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that align with Cambridge assessment objectives and incorporate active learning strategies.
- Analyse student data to drive instruction and provide differentiated support to students.
- Support departmental planning, moderation, and standardization of assessments in line with Cambridge requirements.
- Contribute to the development of schemes of work, revision guides, and enrichment programs.
- Evaluate student work and provide timely, meaningful, and actionable feedback.
- Encourage innovation in teaching using digital tools and practical approaches in line with 21st-century learning.
Minimum requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in education with specialization in one or more of the advertised subject areas.
- A minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience in a Cambridge curriculum setting.
- Demonstrated success in achieving high student outcomes in Cambridge exams.
- Familiarity with Cambridge Teacher Guides, assessment rubrics, and examiner reports.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for students.
- Experience mentoring or training other teachers in instructional practices is a bonus.
