About the role

The Workday Integration Consultant handles Workday financial and HCM integrations from start to finish. You work across several projects and guide both planning and build stages. You design, test, and deliver Workday solutions with limited oversight. You take part in sessions with clients, explain options, and help them make sound decisions.

You become a trusted expert in Workday tools such as EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors, and reports. You help raise the quality of each project and support Strada’s method for delivering clean and stable integrations. You also support internal improvement tasks and help build better tools and practices for the wider team.

What you will do

You configure Workday integrations, test them, and confirm they meet client needs. You review current steps, suggest better ways, and help shape new processes. You manage medium and large work items and give clear time estimates.

You guide conversations with clients and explain how each solution will help them. You offer advice based on Strada’s method and stay focused on clear outcomes. You also help support less experienced team members and review their work.

You take part in improvements that affect the whole practice, such as updating templates, writing guidance, and helping refine the consulting approach. In support roles, you may lead requirement sessions for lower-complexity tasks and assist with heavy items.

What you need

You need a degree in business, math, computer science, or a related field. You also need three to five years of experience in a technical field and at least three years using Workday Integrations. You should know how to build EIBs, Studio flows, Core Connectors, and reports.

You must understand development steps and know how to support or build cloud applications. You need strong consultative skills and the ability to help clients agree on solutions. You should also be comfortable with APIs, XML, web services, and basic programming ideas.

You must hold Workday Integrations Certification or be ready to complete it as a condition of the role. Workday Studio Certification is helpful but not required.

Company values

Benefits

The company provides health coverage, wellbeing programs, paid leave, learning resources, retirement plans, and more. All offers depend on background checks allowed by local law. You must already be authorized to work in your country without visa sponsorship.
