What you need for this role

You need strong skill in responsive design. You should know how to use design and editing tools. You should know basic project tools like Basecamp, MS Project, Visio or Salesforce. You need a clear sense of how strong web design looks and why users respond to it. You should understand how to plan work, assign tasks and guide teams.

You must be able to plan ahead, spot risks and solve issues before they slow progress. You must manage many projects at once and stay very organized. You should have strong people skills and be able to lead small teams when needed. You should also know common shop tools like Shopify, BigCommerce or Magento, since these platforms are common in client builds.

You must be able to work from 9 am to 6 pm PST for a full week. You must have a strong system setup with stable power, fast internet and a good mic and speaker.

Main duties

You help shape project scopes. You check cost, time and tool needs. You plan the steps, including wireframes, sitemaps and work outlines. You give clear plans to design and development teams. You explain the goals and define what success looks like.

You track who is needed and assign tasks. You make sure each project stays within the set time and cost. You check each deliverable before it goes to account managers. You keep documents updated and stored where the team can find them.

You work with the SEO team, developers and others to shape the vision of each build. You weigh ease of use and site performance. You check that the final results line up with what the client expects. You join client meetings when needed.

You help with testing and quality checks. You track risks and fix issues early. You stay aware of changes in web work so you can guide better choices for clients.

Pay
