About the Role
This position supports Insight’s internal AI work and guides the product direction. You will shape ideas, set long term plans and turn real user needs into strong product actions. You will guide teams that include engineers, AI and ML experts, design staff, sales groups and service teams.
You will also help senior leaders understand what AI can do for the business. Your work will help build tools that support real use, improve output and create simple ways for clients and staff to adopt AI in daily tasks.

What You Need
Insight is searching for someone who brings skill and calm thinking. You should be able to lead work with clear words and simple plans. These are the main needs.
• A degree in computer science, engineering, business or a similar field. An MBA is welcome.
• At least five years of product management work.
• Experience building or guiding SaaS products used by wide groups.
• Strong knowledge of AI and ML tools and how they shape business.
• Comfort working with senior leaders and understanding wide business needs.
