 About the Role

The Senior Saviynt Architect will lead, design, and deliver end-to-end solutions for Identity Governance & Administration programs, with a focus on Saviynt Security Manager. This role requires architectural expertise, advanced technical knowledge, and the ability to guide teams through complex implementations. The architect will serve as a strategic advisor, a delivery leader, and a mentor for consultants and engineers working on IGA projects.

 Responsibilities

•  Gather and analyze enterprise security, compliance, and business process requirements
•  Lead the creation of access provisioning and governance functional specifications and use cases
•  Architect and design Saviynt Security Manager implementations
•  Evaluate client requirements and outline feasible solutions using Saviynt technologies
•  Maintain traceability across requirements, design, use cases, and test cases
•  Document plans for testing, system build, deployment, and change management
•  Develop and communicate implementation best practices
•  Create reusable IGA solution frameworks for common challenges
•  Scope, plan, schedule, and staff solution delivery teams
•  Provide oversight and coordination across project and customer teams
•  Mentor internal consultants and architects in IGA and Saviynt capabilities
•  Manage program-level risks, issues, and organizational change implications
•  Engage business and IT stakeholders to align on IAM success metrics and benefits

 Qualifications

•  7+ years of progressive experience in Identity and Access Management consulting or systems integration
•  10+ years overall IAM experience preferred
•  Deep architectural expertise in Saviynt Security Manager
•  Experience designing REST API and Web Services solutions using J2EE/Java
•  Strong SQL and relational database skills
•  Excellent communication skills for complex technical topics
•  Advanced troubleshooting knowledge for Saviynt Security Manager
•  Strong understanding of IAM fundamentals, including cloud vs. on-prem IGA models
•  Solid understanding of LDAP technologies
•  Experience working with GitHub, Postman, ARC, SOAPUI, JSON, Velocity, and JavaScript
•  Ability to travel to client sites when needed

 Preferred Qualifications

•  Experience implementing access management solutions
•  Experience with as-a-service models
•  Background in IAM strategies and roadmap development
•  CISSP certification preferred
•  CCSP certification preferred
