About the role
The Senior Integration Financials Consultant guides the full setup of Workday integrations across finance and HCM. You handle planning, build work, testing, and rollout with limited oversight. You work across several projects, shape clear solutions, and help clients understand the best path.
This role needs strong skill in EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors, and report building. You review current steps, point out better ways, and help create clean design plans. You speak with clients about scope, give clear advice, and help them make the right choices. You also support junior staff and review their work when needed.
Strada expects you to take part in internal improvement tasks, like updating project methods, writing better guidance, and shaping tools that help the whole team.
What you will do
You configure Workday integrations and test each part to ensure it meets project needs. You look for small gaps or flaws and suggest simple fixes. You plan your work, give estimates, and complete tasks within Strada’s quality standards.
You build strong working ties with clients and team members. You lead talks about goals and help shape the final solution. You give clear advice based on proven methods and always tie solutions back to client needs.
You may also take part in projects that help improve delivery methods, update best practices, and organize technical documents. In some support roles, you may lead requirement sessions for simple tasks and join complex sessions to help guide direction.
What you need
You need a degree in business, math, computer science, or a related field. You also need five to seven years of experience in a technical area and at least five years working with Workday Integrations. You must know how to build Studio flows, EIBs, Core Connectors, and reports.
You should know core ideas in development, data flow, and project life cycles. You should be able to guide clients toward clear choices. You must know how APIs, XML, web services, and basic programming work. Workday Integrations Certification is required, and Workday Studio is a plus.
