Drive continuous improvement

Ensure compliance

You verify that processes follow company rules, legal requirements and industry standards. You help teams understand why compliance matters and how to meet it.

Collaborate across teams

You work with business units, IT teams, compliance groups and quality partners. You make sure processes align with shared goals. You resolve conflicts and help teams move forward with clarity.

Manage process changes

Support root cause analysis

Act as subject matter expert

Qualifications

Experience and education

You need five to ten years of experience improving or managing business processes. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is helpful. An advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.

Skills and abilities

You must communicate clearly and help teams understand complex changes. You need skill in facilitation, stakeholder management and leadership. You should understand industry trends and new tools that affect process work.

You must have strong problem solving skills and analytical habits. You should have experience with transformation work and sustaining long term improvements. You need familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma or Agile.

You should also understand project management methods and life cycle phases. You need skill in using process documentation tools such as Visio. You must be able to work with cross functional groups and adapt to changing needs.
