What You Will Do

You will guide the strategy and delivery of professional education programs for Electrophysiology. You will work with internal teams to plan, develop, and run education sessions for physicians and health care professionals. You will help build resources, track program results, and improve training plans.

Your work includes:

• Plan and manage the design and delivery of physician education programs.
• Work with partners in Compliance, Medical Science, Therapy Advancement, and Marketing.
• Support field teams in the Southeast region and help them meet set targets.
• Oversee budgets, materials, and logistics for education events.
• Equip education leads and field teams with tools and program details.
• Identify gaps in U.S. education needs and build programs to address them.
• Review outcomes through direct and indirect feedback.
• Improve processes and enhance learning paths.
• Manage approval steps and ensure all content meets compliance rules.
• Work with U.S. Professional Education teammates on shared programs.
• Follow all laws, company policies, and training requirements.
• Handle other tasks assigned when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Five years of related professional experience.
• Strong business communication skills.
• Experience working with customers or sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree.
• Experience managing teams or projects.
• Ability to create training resources.
• Knowledge of Electrophysiology tools or systems.
• Experience presenting to doctors or senior leaders.
• Good data and project management skills.
• Strong digital skills with Microsoft Office tools.

Physical and Travel Requirements

• Travel up to 50 percent, including some weekends.
• Some international travel may be needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks.
