About the Role
The Manager will work with the digital marketing team to grow the pipeline and support each part of the marketing cycle. You will build strong programs that bring in new leads and help them move through the sales path. You will work across email, paid media, search, and other channels. You will also support account-based plans that target key groups with tailored content.
What You Will Do
• Plan and run demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, search, and other channels.
• Build and manage account-based marketing programs for key accounts.
• Support the use of Salesforce and HubSpot for scoring, nurturing, and tracking leads.
• Review campaign data and share results with the digital marketing leader and sales team.
• Work with sales, client success, and product marketing to align goals and messages.
• Help create whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and other content to support campaigns.
• Study market trends and new tools to improve future campaign plans.
About You
• At least seven years of experience in marketing roles.
• Health benefits experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong skill in planning and running digital campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of paid media tools, social channels, email tools, and listening tools.
• Strong HubSpot skills, with comfort managing the CMS. Salesforce is a plus.
• A record of improving campaign results through testing and data review.
• Clear communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Strong project management skills.
• Able to work with many teams and keep plans on track.
