About the Role

As an Area Representative, you will help match students with host families and guide them throughout their stay. What You Will Do

• Build a network of volunteer host families.
• Form ties with high schools in your area.
• Support the bond between host families and students.
• Ensure all program rules are followed.
• Mentor and guide international students.
• Plan cultural and community experiences.
• Screen host families and complete required checks.
• Submit monthly reports on student progress and host family updates.
• Promote Pan Atlantic Foundation within your community.

Requirements

• You must be at least twenty five years old.
• A college degree is helpful but not required.
• You must pass a background check.
• You must complete required training, including Department of State courses.
• Clear communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Strong organization.
• Self motivation.
• A valid driver’s license.

Extra Details

The role offers a flexible schedule. You may work two to ten hours each week depending on needs. A referral program is also available.
