About the Role
This role lets you work with high level clients who want clear steps to improve mindset, habits and performance. You will not need to sell or market yourself. Clients are assigned to you after training.
You will coach by phone, help clients build AI workflows and show them how to use simple tools that save time and improve thinking. You guide them toward steady growth and help them build trust in their own process.
Your main tasks include.
• Teach clients how to use AI tools in simple ways that feel natural.
• Build small workflows that support clear thinking, planning or content tasks.
• Show how AI can improve choices, research and daily work.
• Create prompts, templates and easy client tools.
• Explain technical ideas in plain words.
• Support clients who feel unsure or overwhelmed.
• Help them build new habits and use AI with care and good judgment.
• Encourage safe, ethical use of AI.
You control your own schedule, and you are paid per session. You start as a contract coach, and you may move into a W 2 role after training.
Required Experience
The role suits coaches who enjoy one-on-one work and who have experience helping people reach strong goals. These are the main needs.
• Two to five years of formal coaching in mindset or performance.
• Ability to coach at least fifteen sessions each week.
• Strong coaching skills or a master level coaching certificate.
• Experience working with senior leaders or business clients.
• Comfort using AI tools or a strong drive to learn them fast.
• Skill using ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools.
• Clear speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to explain complex ideas in simple words.
• Steady, organized work style and reliable follow through.
