Main responsibilities
Lead and support the regional team

Build a growth plan
You design a plan to increase sales across the Americas. You include direct and indirect sales, service sales and long term account targets. You adjust plans based on market behavior and customer needs.
Engage in customer work
You take an active role in selected projects. You build strong client relationships and support long term trust. You understand the technical details well enough to guide conversations with confidence.
Manage financial expectations
You prepare budgets and forecasts. You track monthly results and review performance with senior leaders. You work closely with a financial manager to support reporting requirements.
