What You Will Do
You will lead the annual giving program and guide the processes that support donors, members, and campaigns. You will help plan projects, track performance, and manage data that supports revenue goals. You will also oversee fulfillment steps, donor inquiries, and sweepstakes programs.
Your tasks include:
• Lead the Annual Giving Department and oversee daily processes.
• Plan and manage projects from idea to completion.
• Direct workflows and support membership renewal efforts.
• Review program results and prepare clear reports.
• Respond to annual giving inquiries with care and accuracy.
• Manage CRM data, including gifts, memberships, and related entries.
• Lead the batch fulfillment process and coordinate with partners.
• Track inventory for annual giving programs.
• Support in-house fulfillment for Delta Store merchandise.
• Process invoices tied to annual giving activities.
• Coordinate sweepstakes programs and work with legal teams.
• Communicate prize details and support winner outreach.
• Support other development projects when needed.
• Complete additional duties assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications
You enjoy organizing projects and supporting donors. You value clear communication and careful attention to detail.
You need:
• High school diploma or equivalent plus three years of related experience, or similar training.
• Ability to manage many tasks while keeping work accurate.
• Ability to work well with the public and internal teams.
• Strong skills in Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to adapt to change and find solutions.
